When will my order ship?
- Please allow 24-48 hours for production time before your order ships out. Average shipping times are 7-10 business days for on hand inventory, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at serenedreamsnthings@gmail.com. Please note, custom orders for colors and materials will take up to 30 days to ship.
Can I return my order?
- You may exchange item if there are any issues upon receiving. Once we receive the product, we will ship out a replacement. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel. Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel your order with no penalty before it ships. If the item has already been sent, you may not cancel only exchange.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
- If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address within 24 hours. Notify us via email at serenedreamsnthings@gmail.com. If the incorrect address is not corrected within 24 hours, no refund will be given.
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Shipping may take longer if shipped from outside the US. Please note: All custom orders take up to 30 days to ship.

- Yes, you can choose from a variety of on-hand furniture, including beds, chairs, and lights, which will be received in 7-10 business days. Custom orders, including specific styles or colors, take 30 days for production and shipping. Please submit an inquiry for any customized requirements.
Do you offer payment plans?

First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision), and returning customers can log in to make their purchase.
