BEGINNER LASH LICENSING
Our Beginner Lash Licensing Class is perfect for students who are eager to start their journey in the beauty industry, even with little or no experience. This comprehensive program covers the foundational knowledge and skills needed for lash extensions, blending both theory and hands-on training. Students will learn the art of classic and volume lash techniques, gaining the expertise needed to become certified in both. Upon completing the program, students will be fully licensed to perform lash extensions in the state of Arizona, making them ready to begin their professional career in the lash industry.30 hour program | Monthly Classes AM/PM
1 ON 1 WORKSHOP
Our 1-on-1 Lash Artistry Workshop is tailored for certified lash artists who want to expand their skill set and master new, trending lash styles. This exclusive, personalized session covers techniques for creating wispy sets, angel sets, and anime sets, taking your artistry to the next level. In addition to hands-on practice, you’ll receive a custom client consultation, an advanced styling guide, and expert tips to perfect your lash application. This workshop is designed to help you elevate your craft and offer unique, high-quality lash styles that will set you apart in the industry.
ADVANCED LASH LICENSING COURSE
Our Advanced Lash Artist Class is designed for artists who have already completed a lash training program but are looking for additional support to refine their skills and get their Arizona State Eyelash Technician License.
This course is ideal for those who are not yet licensed or are looking to expand their skill set and confidence as a professional lash artist. Arizona Eyelash Technician License Application done on site.

Hi, I’m Calypso Upham — Founder & Lead Educator at Arizona Eyelash Academy! Born and raised in sunny Tucson, I started my career in retail leadership and business development, stacking up 13 years of experience before fully diving into my true passion- enhancing beauty and education. After falling in love with lash extensions over a decade ago (yes, that first classic set changed my life), I knew I had found my calling. In 2018, I invested in my first lash course and quickly realized that the learning curve in this industry is real. It took trial, error, and a whole lot of perseverance to master the techniques I now teach — After investing in my own education taking 7 different certifications I learned a variety of techniques that helped me build a successful career as a licensed lash artist and accredited Arizona educator. Today, I run Arizona Eyelash Academy and Muse Salon De Beauté, where I mentor future lash artists and provide them with the kind of hands-on training, guidance, and support I wish I had when I started. This isn’t just a school — it’s a community. A space to learn, grow, collaborate, and create magic together. Because at the end of the day… what’s life without lashes? With love, Calypso
